the Sharon Community Bands are planning several concerts,

That Inspired A Nation:
The Sharon Community Band Salutes America's Veterans
(Sunday, November 11, 2007, 2 P.M.)
This concert features the Sharon Community Concert Band

Moves The World:
A Celebration of International Dance
Music
(Sunday, March 9, 2008, 1 P.M.)
This concert will feature the Sharon Community Concert Band
performing with three area dance studios: Walpole's Heidi
Miller School of Dance, Norwood's Savaria Dance Studio,
and Arlington's Highland Dance Boston. More

In
addition to the concerts above, the bands also perform outdoors
in the summer at venues throughout southeastern Massachusetts.

Band membership
is open to all musicians willing to make a serious commitment
to rehearse and perform a challenging repertoire, with no
formal audition required to play. Rehearsals
are held Thursday evenings, 7:15 P.M. at Sharon High School.
